Any Way You Like

Any Way You Like is an interactive board book with lift-the-flap elements, created for early childhood readers. Published in 2022 by Leiturinha — the largest children's book subscription club in Brazil — it was one of the first titles to launch under the company’s own imprint, marking the beginning of a highly successful new phase for the brand. Written by Anna Claudia Ramos in collaboration with her daughter, Layla Ramos Campelo, the story gently and playfully highlights the differences in personality and behavior between two siblings.

Visually, I chose to depict the younger brother, calm and introspective, always visible and positioned on the left side of each scene. As a surprise revealed through the flaps, the older sister, lively and outgoing, appears in humorous and dynamic situations. In addition to illustrating the book, I was also responsible for its graphic design, including the special die-cut flap layout, page design, and preparation of the final print files.

Bringing text and illustration together in a harmonious way, Any Way You Like invites children to celebrate individual differences with warmth and positivity, reminding them that it's perfectly okay to be just the way you are.
