The girl who never gave up is a book about persisting, even with the difficulties that childhood diagnosis of type 1 diabetes brings. It is about doing what you should and reaping the rewards with a long, healthy, and happy life.

We have two stories that meet each other in the middle of the book. On one side, a persistent little girl. On the other, their version of the future, is grateful and happy for everything they lived through.
